  • Shipping Policy Shipping cost varies on the size of the item or items purchased. Currently, Team Trees, LLC ships exclusively via UPS.


  • Warranties
  • We stand behind our merchandise 100%. Items that are returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects, must be unused and in the original packaging. There will not be a credit or refund given for used merchandise. If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice. A replacement item will be sent to you immediately. Returns for any reason, other than defect, must be made within 7 days of receipt. If you believe your order was damaged during shipping please notify us upon receipt of merchandise, so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise. All merchandise is warranted to be free of defects for a period of 30 days from shipping. If you find that any of our merchandise is defective within the warranty period, simply return it with the original invoice for a free repair or replacement, at our option.
